After sales services are characterized by interlinked service provider and customer operations. Furthermore, proper management of data related to the physical product its lifecycle is essential for proposition value-adding services. In this article, we present a novel ontology-based approach improvement maintenance, repair overhaul (MRO) processes, where ontology captures information industry standards product-related data. By clearly defining relations, supports digitalization operations utilization in operational processes different stakeholders. The was developed demonstrated investigating case from aviation MRO industry.
